1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS ONLY
SIRUX.IN sells digital art files only. We do not offer physical products, and no physical items will be shipped. All orders are delivered electronically via instant download.

2. HOW TO ACCESS YOUR FILES
After purchase, you will receive your digital artwork through:
- Instant Download: Available immediately on the order confirmation page
- Email Delivery: A download link sent to your checkout email (please check spam/promotions folders)
- Account Dashboard: Access anytime via "My Orders" (if you created an account)

Common file formats: PNG, JPG, PSD, AI, PDF, SVG (as specified per product)

3. DELIVERY TIMELINE
- Standard Digital Downloads: Instant (0–5 minutes)
- Custom Commissions: As listed in product description (typically 1–7 business days)
- Large Files / Bundles: Up to 15 minutes for secure link generation

If you have not received your files within 30 minutes, please contact support@sirux.in with your order number.

4. WORLDWIDE AVAILABILITY
Digital products are available to customers everywhere. No shipping addresses are required. There are no customs, import duties, or international fees. All you need is a valid email address and internet connection.

5. SHIPPING COSTS
$0.00 — Always. Since we deliver digitally, there are no shipping fees, no handling charges, and no packaging costs. The price you see is the price you pay.

6. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES (DIGITAL ITEMS)
Due to the instant, non-returnable nature of digital goods:
- Refunds are not offered after download access is granted, unless:
  * The file is corrupted or defective
  * You received the wrong item
  * A technical error prevented delivery
- Exchanges or replacements: Contact us within 48 hours of purchase at support@sirux.in

7. TECHNICAL SUPPORT
If you are having trouble downloading:
1. Check your email spam/junk folder
2. Confirm your payment was successful
3. Clear browser cache or try a different browser/device
4. Ensure your device has enough storage space

- Email used at checkout
- Description or screenshot of the issue

We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours.

8. LICENSING REMINDER
Purchasing a file from SIRUX.IN grants you a license for use as specified in the product description (personal or commercial). You may not:
- Resell or redistribute the raw digital file
- Claim the artwork as your original creation
- Transfer or share the download link publicly

You may:
- Use the art in projects per your license type
- Print for personal use (unless commercial license specifies otherwise)
